What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases from grdian.com. If you made a purchase outside of grdian.com, please refer to their return policy.

Can I get a price adjustment?

We offer price adjustments for purchases that are within a 7-day period. For purchases over the 14-day period and within 30 days, we offer store credit.

Can I pick up an order?

Unfortunately, we do not allow orders to be picked up. Any orders placed on grdian.com will be shipped to the shipping address provided to us.

Can I pickup an order?

Unfortunately we do not allow order pick-ups at the moment. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided.

When can I expect a refund?

Once your package is received, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once we have initiated a refund.

How do I submit a Warranty Claim?

Request a RMA by visiting our Contact Us Page. When filling out the contact form, choose RMA Request. A customer representative will reach out to you for further instructions.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Orders are typically fulfilled within 5 hours. Once your order has been processed and a tracking number provided, we are unable to cancel or edit your order. Use our contact page or live chat feature if you need to reach out to us regarding your order.

How do I change my shipping address?

Once your order is fulfilled, we will not be able to change your shipping address. However, you may want to contact the carrier to see if they can make edits on their end:
