DOMESTIC PURCHASES (U.S.)

Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning your product purchased from the GRDIAN Online Store:

  • Must obtain a RMA before sending your package to GRDIAN.

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

  • Only items that have been purchased directly from GRDIAN can be returned to GRDIAN. GRDIAN products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund. Associated shipping fees are not refundable.

  • All return shipping is paid for by you. We pay for shipping back to you only.

Refund Policy

  • 30 day money back guarantee. (Note: This guarantee only applies to orders placed on GRDIAN's webstore at GRDIAN.com)

  • A refund will be processed once your package is received. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund.

  • If items/accessories are missing, a 25% restocking fee will incur. It will be deducted from your refund.

Sales Tax

  • GRDIAN is sales NEXUS in California. Tax will be charged only on orders shipped within California.

Returns and Refunds

  • WE DO NOT offer refunds or accept returns on items shipped internationally. Only purchases within the U.S. and Canada are eligible for refunds and returns.


NON-DELIVERY

1st Attempt

If your package has not made its way to you safely, GRDIAN will attempt a free 2nd delivery. This is true if the package is deemed: lost in transit, stolen, damaged, unsuccessfully delivered, or misplaced. It is best that the customer provide a safe designated area for packages to be received and the necessary steps to prevent stolen or damaged packages. If the customer is unable to provide a safe designated area have a neighbor receive your package.

2nd Attempt

If the terms and conditions of the 1st Attempt are true, GRDIAN, in good faith, will attempt a 2nd delivery free of charge. GRDIAN will notify the customer by email that a signature confirmation will be required in this 2nd attempted shipment in order to fulfill their order and our duties. The customer must confirm with GRDIAN in writing by email and must agree to the signature confirmation. If the customer refuses the signature confirmation, the customer will waive any rights if the package is deemed lost or stolen. GRDIAN will not make a 3rd attempt if the delivery is marked successful but will consider a 3rd attempt only and if package is lost in transit.

3rd Attempt

In rare cases, a 3rd attempt may be executed only and if the 2nd attempt is deemed: Lost in Transit. A signature confirmation will be required with no exception.


HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS TO GRDIAN

Once you obtain an RMA, affix the RMA number on the outside of the box or on a piece of paper inside your package. Packages must be received by GRDIAN within 21 days of issuing your RMA. Packages without an RMA will be returned to sender.
