ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are final. We do not accept returns other than for credit or Warranty/Out-of-Warranty services. If the product is damaged during freight, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery record in accordance with the carrier's policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and arrange for a carrier inspection of damaged merchandise.
PRODUCT RETURNS FOR "WARRANTY" DETERMINATION
All GRDIAN products returned will undergo an investigation. If it is determined that the returned product is under Warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced at no charge and shipped back to the customer. Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.
If the Dealer is not in possession of the defective item(s) and the end user desires a replacement, the end user must contact GRDIAN Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. There is no need for the Dealer to request a return authorization in this situation.
